All the medical options cover similar medical services, including doctor's visits, hospital care, and prescription drugs.

Suiza Select Network EPO The most predictable and lowest out-of-pocket costs An excellent network of doctors and other providers A primary care physician (PCP) to help manage all of your care No claims to file SuizaCore PPO The choice of using network or out-of-network doctors Lower premiums than the PPO Plus, but a higher annual deductible and higher out-of-pocket costs Suiza PPO Plus The choice of using network or out-of-network doctors Higher premiums than the Core PPO, but a lower annual deductible and lower out-of-pocket costs Suiza 5000 Extra coverage to supplement other medical coverage you already have Financial protection from catastrophic illness or accident Out-of-Area Coverage through Suiza, but you don't live in a location that offers a network Opt-Out No Suiza medical coverage because you have other coverage (you must provide proof of the other coverage) $50 a month more in your paycheck
