Vision Plan

If you elect the vision plan, you will receive coverage through the Eye Care Plan of America (ECPA). You may use any vision provider when you need eye care. However, you'll enjoy significant savings when you use the ECPA network providers-you'll pay only a small copayment for most services and supplies, and the plan pays the rest. You don't have to file any claims when you use ECPA network providers.

If you do not use an ECPA provider, the plan reimburses you depending on the services and supplies you receive and you are responsible for filing claims.

ECPA's network includes board-certified laser vision correction surgeons who offer LASIK and PRK to members at a 20% discount on charges up to $1,500 per eye. Contact ECPA to request a list of network providers
